LVA is seeking $300,000. This would be enough for lawyer retainer fees, court fees, and the expected appeals from the state. This chart is updated once a week so feel free to check in where we are at on our goal. Once the amount is reached will be posting constant updates throughout all social medias and this website to let everyone know at what stage the litigation is at.

    We provide data backed research that main stream media and government agencies choose to ignore that allows adults to make informed decisions on whether or not they want to choose a healthier nicotine alternative to pursue a healthier lifestyle.

  • FUNDRAISING

    LVA is a non profit based in Louisiana that will be litigating against any harmful piece of legislation that hinders the vapor industry. To do this we must seek additional funding from consumers and business owners alike.

  • LITIGATION

    Currently LVA is pursuing litigation against HB621 which eliminates majority of vapor products that adults use, enjoy, and trust all to favor only a handful of Big Tobacco products. Updates on this case will be broadcasted as the case evolves.
